发明名称 LAMINATION PROCESS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable lamination of a substrate without causing thermal deterioration and discoloration of even a substrate having poor heat-resistance, by scattering a hot-melt adhesive containing a substance generating heat with near- infrared radiation on a surface of a substrate and indirectly heating and melting the adhesive material to effect the bonding of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A substance absorbing near infrared radiation and generating heat (e.g. graphite, carbon black, etc.) is kneaded in an amount of 0.01-1wt.% in a thermoplastic resin such as PE resin, vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer resin, etc., to obtain a hot-melt adhesive. The adhesive is uniformly scattered at a rate of 50-1,000g/m<2> on the back surface of an interior cloth for vehicle, such as carpet, upholstery fabric, wall-covering material and ceiling-covering cloth transferred by a pin tenter and the cloth is transferred at a speed of 3-7m/min close to a tubular near-infrared lamp emitting near-infrared radiation having principal wavelength of about 750mmu. The hot-melt adhesive is melted by the radiation and the back face of the interior cloth is laminated. Almost all thermoplastic resins such as nylon resin can be used as the other resin components constituting the hot-melt adhesive.</p>
