PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction from being generated, by providing a leakage compensation circuit for compensation in a case where leakage is generated on an output signal terminal. CONSTITUTION:When the potential of the output signal terminal 2 is decreased a little less than a potential (a charging potential VDD + a threshold voltage VTH), the potential of a terminal 16 goes over the potential (VDD+VTH) by the effect of a capacitor 18, and a MOSFET 19 is energized, and the potential is lowered by the VTH, and the output signal terminal 2 is charged over the potential (VDD+VTH). In such a state, a MOSFET 13 is energized, and the potential of the terminal 16 goes to the VDD. When the potential goes over the potential (VDD+VTH) of the output signal terminal 2, the potential of the terminal 16 is clamped to the potential VDD, therefore, the MOSFET 19 is de-energized, and no current supplying from the terminal 16 to the terminal 12 is generated, then, the potential is clamped to the potential (VDD+VTH) of the terminal 2.
