PURPOSE:To eliminate a vibration absorber by employing an elastic plate of the shape in which two ringlike elastic materials where a traveling wave is circulated are bonded at the side faces. CONSTITUTION:A sheet feeding ultrasonic motor excites a traveling wave having two components of lateral and longitudinal vibrations in a section C in which two ringlike elastic materials 11 are engaged. The traveling wave is split on the way, the split waves are propagated in propagation passages D, E, and again combined in the section C. When a sheet is placed on the material 11 and brought into contact under pressure with freely rotatable rollers on the passages D, E of the wave, the two rollers feed the sheet while rotating. |
