PURPOSE:To prevent the resonance and to obtain a word processor without sound due to the resonance, by bonding a resonance preventing plate possible to prevent the resonance at the specific part of the mounting plate on a disk drive unit. CONSTITUTION:The mounting plate 2 which mounts and holds the disk drive unit 3 is formed almost in an L shape, and is studded on a base chassis by screw connection. By inserting a clipping projecting part 4 provided on the disk drive unit 3 to the through hole of the mounting plate 2 and bending the clipping projecting part 4, the disk drive unit 3 is held on the mounting plate 2 in a state where a space is kept between the unit and the base chassis. Since the resonance preventing plate 6 which prevents the mounting plate 2 from being resonated is bonded on a part (back plan) where the mounting plate 2 confronts with the disk drive unit 3 even when vibration is generated at the time of operating the disk drive unit 3, it is possible to suppress the generation of the sound due to the resonance.
