发明名称 IDENTIFYING AND EVALUATING METHOD OF FILM ON FINE ENAMELED WIRE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To analyze quickly and easily the constituting material of the film on a fine or ultrafine enameled wire by cutting the metallic conductor part opaque to measuring light to micro pieces, thereby decreasing the interference in measuring the metallic part. CONSTITUTION:A fine enameled wire is cut to several 100mum- several mm.length, and the resulted micro pieces are mixed and uniformly dispersed in inorg. binder powder of KBr, NaCl, etc. which permit thorough transmission of measuring light in a specific range of 1:10-1:100 the micro piece sample: the inorg. binder. The resulted mixture is molded to a tablet shape by using a disc molding device and the resulted molding is set in an IR spectrophotometer or visible UV spectrophotometer, by which transmittivity and absorbancy are continuously measured. The molecular structure and electron state of the film are identified from the measured absorption or transmission spectra, by which the material constituting the film is identified and evaluated.</p>
