INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE OF HYDROGEN GAS

The hydrogen gas jet nozzle (6) and a water spray jet nozzle (7) directly jet hydrogen gas and spray water into a combustion chamber, where air is compressed. The spray water is instantly vaporized to steam by igniting the hydrogen. The combustionexplosion energy of the hydrogen and the steam energy from the vaporization of the steam provides mechanical dynamic energy. The engine can be of rotary piston type, with the hydrogen jetted into an inlet port. A hydrogen gas supply chanel to the combustion chamber has a low pressure supply by-pass, capable of closing the supply under low engine loads and supplying gas at lower pressure than that of the channel.
