PURPOSE:To obtain the printing head manufactured at low cost according to the simplicity for machining and assembling parts having a small number of pieces thereof, by integrally molding all the parts except the driving mechanism of armature in the printing head of cancel type. CONSTITUTION:The frame 101 composing the printing head is integrally molded, and the ring-shaped lever guide 105 having a groove 104 and the projection part 108 are integrally formed. Thus, the guide holes 103 having the same number of pieces as those of printing wires 4 are opened, the hole 11 of flat spring 1 of armature 7 is engaged to the projection 108 with a pin 20 and the body of lever 8 is prevented from swinging by the guide 105. Thus, the armature 7 is driven with the driving mechanism 3 composed of a permanent magnet 14, a yoke 13, a core 12 and a coil 15 and the printing operation of wire 4 is carried out. Thereby, the frame of printing head can be integrally molded, the number of pieces of parts being remarkably reduced, and the man-hour necessary for assembling is substantially decreased. |
