PURPOSE:To reduce remarkably the generation of a test route by applying route analysis from a state transition diagram with the specification of exchange service described thereupon so as to generate dial information automatically for each route. CONSTITUTION:A route analysis section 2 analyzing a route of an input status transition diagram 1 generated manually by reading the said diagram, a dial even conversion section 3 reading the route from the route analysis section and applying dial event conversion automatically at each route and a conversion rule memory 4 storing the rule of the dial even conversion are provided. The dial event conversion section 3 applies the dial even conversion while referencing the conversion rule memory 4 for each route sent from the section 2 to generate dial information for each test route automatically. Thus, the efficiency of the function test of the conversion service is remarkably improved.
