PURPOSE:To prevent an unnecessary copy from being generated, by stopping a copying operation by an input signal from other input means than a means for inputting a signal for stopping the copying operation before starting a specific copying sequence after starting the copying operation. CONSTITUTION:By depressing a print key 1 for starting a copy operation, a copying operation sequence is started in accordance with a copying mode which has been set before depressing said key. This sequence is usually executed, based on a slit disk provided on a main driving part, and a pulse signal of a pulse generator by a photointerrupter. In this case, when a setting error of a copying mode has occurred after depressing the key 1 for the purpose of a copying operation, this system is constituted so as to receive even an input of other hey 1, etc. than a clear/stop key 2, if it is within a prescribed time. In such a way, the generation of an unnecessary copy can be prevented. |
