PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of pulsating flow of a liquid, and enable continuous supply under a high pressure, by controlling a rotating speed of a motor for driving plungers so as to maintain a liquid feeding pressure constant for every pump under a discharge condition. CONSTITUTION:The positions of cams 6A and 6B are set in such a manner that when a pump 3A is operated under a discharge condition (forward stroke) by a plunger 2A, another pump 3B is operated under a suction condition by a plunger 2B. A motor controller 7 operates to periodically reduce a rotating speed of a motor 5 so that a plunger speed of the plunger 2B may be reduced during a period of time under the discharge condition of the pump 3B having a higher liquid pressure. This control is conducted in accordance with the relationship among an output from a photo sensor 10, a rotational position of the cam 6B and a stroke position of the plunger 2B.
