PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of bubbles, by driving a piston operating shaft of a fixed quantity charging pump by a servo motor capable of controlling a rise time by a pulse. CONSTITUTION:An inlet port 3' and an outlet port 3'' are provided at a lower position and an upper position of a front end of a cylinder 3 of a pump 2. A piston 5 is mounted from a rear end of the cylinder 3. The piston 5 is rotated by a servo motor, e.g., a step motor 6 capable of controlling a rise time by a pulse. As a rising speed can be freely changed by the step motor 6, it is possible to eliminate residual air and bubbles generating in a product.
