PURPOSE:To aim at inexpensive miniaturization in a forced discharge mechanism, by supplying the turning power of a forced discharge roller from a conveyor belt for feeding bills into a turnover case. CONSTITUTION:A racing pulley 3 with a turning shaft 2 is installed in the upper part of a turnover case 1, and a conveyor belt 6 is stretched there. There is provided with a forced discharge roller 4 coming into contact with a racing pulley 3 from a tuning shaft 2 via a lever 5 and it is made free of rocking motion. This forced discharge roller 4 is made free of having the run of the turnover case 1. When bills are inserted into the turnover case 1 by the conveyor belt 6, the racing roller 3 is rotated in an (e) direction by the belt 6, while the forced discharge roller 4 is rocked in a (b) direction, and retracted from the inside of the case 1. At the time of turnover, the forced discharge roller 4 is driven in a (c) direction and made contact with these bills inside the case. The racing roller 3 is rotated in the (e) direction so that the forced discharge roller 4 to be contacted with this roller is rotated in the direction that pushes out these bills.
