PURPOSE:To execute assembly of an end panel accurately by forming the first and the second guide surface on the upper edges of panel members of both sides of a car end parts, and by regulating the position in the car width direction and the height position through sliding of installing pieces of the end panels. CONSTITUTION:The first guide surface 5 of the horizontal state and the second guide surface 6 which stands its outside are bendedly molded on the upper edge of a food ledge panel 3. On the other hand, an installing piece 19 is installed on the both end parts of an upper rail 17 of a front end panel 16 provided laterally on the food ledge panel 3. By this, position regulation in the height direction and the width direction of the end panel 16 is possible by that the installing piece 19 is slidingly touched to the first and the second guide surfaces 4 and 5. Accordingly, without using a high accuracy robot, the end panel 16 can be assembled accurately at the regular position.
