PURPOSE:To provide a device for supply and exhaust of car parts etc. to an NC processing machine wherein the running time required for supply and exhaust of works is shortened to a great extent by performing supply and takeout of works from one side through utilization of the straight motion of an air cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Piston rod 8 of an air cylinder 4, which has received an unprocessed work A at the work supply point P1 of an NC processing machine 1 reciprocates with certain strokes under control of another air cylinder 13, and a pocket 17 at the tip of the piston rod 8 is faced the chucking point P2. In this condition, processed work from the chucking device is accommodated in the pocket 17. Then the piston rod 8 runs its full stroke under control of the air cylinder 13, and the holder at the tip is faced the chucking point P2. Now No.3 air cylinder is actuated to supply the unprocessed work A on the holder situated at the point P2 to the chucking device. The air cylinder makes its return stroke to take out the processed work from the pocket 17.
