PURPOSE:To prevent a vertical position from being fluctuated according to the fluctuation of a supply voltage, a change in an ambient temperature, a fluctuation in the bias of a vertical deflecting circuit or the like by constituting by a constant current circuit and a linearity correcting circuit. CONSTITUTION:The constant current circuit 9 is constituted of a transistor 8, a Zener diode 5, a resistance 6 and a resistance 7 and a current value is decided by the Zener diode 5 and the resistance 6. In this case, a saw tooth wave current passes to a vertical deflecting coil 2 and a direct current check capacitor 3 by a vertical output transistor 1 and a distortion in the latter half of the scanning of the saw tooth wave current is corrected by impressing the parabola wave of a middle point (a) to the constant current circuit 9 by a capacitor 4. The constant current circuit does not receive the influence of the fluctuation of the supply voltage or the fluctuation of a load end but a constant current can be constantly supplied, so that the center of a raster can be prevented from fluctuating vertically to a fluorescent surface.
