PURPOSE:To enable fine work at fine position, in a vibrator utilizable in industry or medicine, by vibrating a vibration transmitting arm by means of a motor through an eccentric cam and a cam groove. CONSTITUTION:When a push button 14 is depressed to close a contact 15 so as to drive a motor 3, eccentric motion of an eccentric cam 8 coupled to the shaft of the motor 3 cause longitudinal vibration of a vibration transmitting arm 4 around a central shaft 6 of vibration so as to vibrate an attachment 13 in the direction 14. Here, the attachment 13 reciprocates single time for single revolution of the motor 3. Although the rear end section of the vibration transmitting arm 4 vibrates with a constant amplitude, the central shaft 6 of vibration can be moved in longitudinal direction by means of a vibration adjusting knob, thereby the amplitude at the tip portion of the vibration transmitting arm 4 can be varied freely. When the amplitude of the attachment 13 is reduced in such a manner, work at fine position is enabled. |
