PURPOSE:To prevent the transmission condition of an identification signal of a caller from being limited and to facilitate the voice recognition by recognizing voice of a pass word one by one word sent from a caller with respect to a guide timing voice signal so as to identify the pass word. CONSTITUTION:A guide signal generating section 6 generates a guide timing voice signal guiding consecutively one by one word at a prescribed time interval for a prescribed pass word to a caller, the pass word sent from the caller is subjected to voice recognition one by one word by a voice recognition section 8 with respect to the guide timing voice signal to generate a data comprising coincidence/dissidence of each word, and the data and the reference data are compared to identify the pass word, uttered by the caller. In order to identify the caller by voice recognition, the transmission condition of the identification signal of the caller is not limited and since the pass word is subjected to voice recognition one by one word, the voice recognition is facilitated.
