PURPOSE:To form the angular part having small radius of curvature by forming a groove on the face at opposite side of the face becoming at the projecting side of the angular part forming part of a structure and after bending it to the inner side padding the groove by welding. CONSTITUTION:A groove 23 is formed on the face 22 at opposite side of the face becoming at the projecting side in the angular part forming part of a structure member 21. Then, the structure member 21 is bent with the groove 23 at the inner side to form the bending part 24 at 90 deg. to the position of the groove 23. Thereafter, padding is executed by welding on the groove 23 left at the inner side of the bending part 24 to form a padding part 25. As a result, the thickness of the structure member 21 in the bending part 24 becomes thinner to easily form the angular part of small radius of curvature at low production cost. In the case of a clad steel plate, especially, no material defect of the peeling off, etc., of a lining stock near the bending part is caused. |
