PURPOSE:To decide the structure of a buried sentence and the noun qualified by this sentence with high efficiency and high accuracy, by combining the structure of the buried sentence and its qualifying noun or noun group into a 2-dimensional array in case a noun phrase including a buried sentence is detected. CONSTITUTION:An input device 1 supplies the combination of the structure of a buried sentence and a noun or a noun group, i.e., a qualifying destination candidate of said buried sentence. A burying analysis control table initial generating part 2 produces initially a burying analysis control table 3 against said inputs of the device 1. The table 3 realizes said combination of the structure of the buried sentence and the noun or the noun group in the form of a 2-dimensional array. A burying qualification relation checking part 4 refers to a declinable word pattern dictionary 5 to check the burying qualification relation and stores this checking result into the corresponding area of the table 3. A burying qualification relation deciding part 6 refers to the table 3 to decide the combination of nouns that secures the qualifying destinations in the largest range and outputs it.
