PURPOSE:To make a device small in size, by making a diameter of a driven gear for front wheel drive larger as compared with drive sprockets for driving rear wheels and by setting a final speed reduction ratio by a speed reduction ratio between the respective sprockets and a speed reduction ratio of a final gear. CONSTITUTION:A chain 31 is trained between a sprocket 25 to be engaged with or disengaged from a drive shaft 18 for driving rear wheels through a clutch device 29 and a driven sprocket 30 to be integrally driven with a drive shaft 19 for driving front wheels. In the case, the driven sprocket 30 has a larger diameter for making a speed reduction with respect to the driving sprocket 25. Then a final speed reduction ratio for front wheels is set by a speed reduction ratio between the driving sprocket 25 and the driven sprocket 30 and a speed reduction ratio between a drive pinion gear 21 of a hypoid gear 23 as a final gear and crown gear 22.
