PURPOSE:To easily accumulate messages at low cost by providing in a subscriber circuit including a codec a message information memory, the input output control circuit and a selection circuit which selects output information from the information memory and reception voice information, and which outputs them to the codec. CONSTITUTION:Reception voice information which have been digital-coded are always stored in the message information memory 16, which always records last voice information in the middle of calling when the capacity of the memory is exceeded. If a subscriber 10 prefers information to be recorded in calling voice, he stops writing into the message information memory 16 by a special number. Thus, voice information to be read laster is recorded in the message information memory 16. If the subscriber 10 reads recorded voice information after the call terminates, the off-hook special number is dialled. Thus, a switching signal 18 is transmitted, and information from the message information memory 16 is connected with the codec 14 as an output signal. Consequently, the accumulation of the incoming message can be realized with a simple circuit constitution.
