PURPOSE:To save the space, by forming a heat storage tank around a body housing, and providing a refrigerant flowing passage at a position where heat exchange between a refrigerant and a heat storing member in the heat storage tank can be effected. CONSTITUTION:A ring-like heat storage tank 20 is provided around a side wall of an inner cylinder of a body housing 1. A heat storing member 21 is provided in the heat storage tank 20. A heat exchanger 5 includes flat plates forming a plurality of flow passages 6 each having a rectangular shape in section as a refrigerant flowing passage. When a compressor is operated, heat is stored in the heat storage tank 20. Accordingly, a necessary space for installing the heat storage tank is greatly reduced as compared with a conventional device.
