PURPOSE:To suppress the heat generation of an auxiliary unit frictional elements, automatically regulate reduction gear ratio, and transmit the rotation of the driving shaft of an internal combustion engine, etc., to a driven source by making a rotor slide in the radial direction of a driving shaft by means of centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION:As a driving member 2 is rotated by the rotating power of a driving shaft 1, a rotor 8, together with the driving member 2, rotates centering around the driving shaft 1. The rotor 8 whose lower conical part 10 is in contact with a projection 7 is rotated on its own axis. And, a centrifugal force acts on the rotor 8 due to its revolution. When the centrifugal force gets larger than the energizing force of a spring 18, the rotor 8 slides in a separating direction from the driving shaft 1 while transmitting rotation to a pulley 3 via a projection 6. At the time of a low speed rotation, the rotation of the driving shaft 1 is transmitted to the pulley 3 without its speed being reduced or so much reduced. As a result, it is possible to transmit the driving rotation of an internal combustion engine, etc. to a driven source of auxiliary units by varying the reduction gear ratio. Also, the heat generation of the frictional elements of the auxiliary units can be prevented even at a high speed rotation while enabling the rotation of the accessory at above a defined rotating speed even at a low speed rotation.
