PURPOSE:To effectively utilize preheating by solar heat so as to prevent dew from condensing in north side living rooms by automatically operating a duct fan to deliver warm air in a south side living room to north side living rooms when the room temperature within the south side living room has increased above a predetermined value, and automatically operating the duct fan and a heat exchange type ventilation fan to raise the temperature within the north side living rooms and purge the humidity therewithin, when signs of dew condensation have been detected in the north side living rooms. CONSTITUTION:When the room temperature within a south side living room 1 is above a preset temperature T (for example, 25 deg.C), a duct fan F is turned on thereby, warm air within a south side living room is delivered to the north side living rooms 2 and 3 via a duct 5. Then, the detection of the condensation of dew within the north side living rooms 2 and 3 by dew condensation sensors DP, and when the signs of the dew condensation are found, a heat exchange type ventilation fan 6 and a dehumidifier 8 is turned on, the duct fan F being turned on and warm air from the south side living room 1 being delivered into the north side living rooms 2 and 3 to thereby raise the temperature. By the operation of a heat exchange type ventilation fan 6 and a dehumidifier 8, humid air staying the north side living rooms 2 and 3 is purged via a vent hole 7 and, at the same time, dry and warm air within the south side living room 1 is conveyed to the north side living rooms 2 and 3.
