Traction cable guide

The traction cable guide ZSFI is provided in particular for monorail conveyors used in mines and has a supporting frame 1 which can be attached in a fixed manner and on which four guide rollers 2-5, which form a roller window 23 and which surround on all sides and guide a traction cable 46, are mounted. The lower guide roller 5 is mounted so as to be capable of pivoting out counter to spring force 21 in order to permit a running gear driver which is connected to the traction cable 46 to pass through, the pivoting-out part 8 of the traction cable guide ZSFI having a control head 19 which projects into the travel path of the running gear and with which the running gear makes contact, at least indirectly, when the running gear passes by the traction cable guide ZSFI, the lower guide roller 5 pivoting out in order to permit the driver to pass through in a contact-free fashion. This arrangement has the advantage that the driver is moved by the traction cable guide ZSFI in a completely contact-free and load-free fashion, as a result of which the loading of the driver and of the traction cable guide ZSFI, and thus wear, are reduced. <IMAGE>
