PURPOSE:To prevent a driving system from malfunctioning when a power source is turned off by supplying electric power from the power source for a driving circuit to the power source for a control circuit when the output voltage of the power source for the driving circuit is higher than the output voltage of the power source for the control circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output of a transformer 2 is passed through a rectifying circuit 3 and a smoothing circuit 4 to stabilize the voltage by a switching regulator 51. This output is connected to the driving system (+24V) and also connected to a control system (+5V) through a switching regulator 52 for control voltage stabilization. Thus, the output of the switching regulator of a driving power circuit is connected to the switching regulator for control voltage stabilization to delay the rising of a control system voltage when the power source is turned off, thereby preventing the driving system from malfunctioning.
