PURPOSE:To make the click feeling smooth and obtain the multi-stage click feeling by combining grooves provided in the peripheral direction of a click plate and multiple semi-spherical lugs provided on a metallic receiving plate. CONSTITUTION:A click plate 5 made of synthetic resin is provided with V-shaped grooves a1-a9 in the peripheral direction, has a D-shaped hole 5a with the same shape as a shaft 4, and is rotated concurrently with the shaft 4. A metallic receiving plate 6 has semi-spherical lugs b1, b2 and is fixed to a panel 2. When the shaft 4 is rotated, the click plate 5 is rotated, and the click feeling can be obtained when the grooves a1-a9 of the click plate 5 coincide with the lugs b1, b2 of the metallic receiving plate 6. Accordingly, the multi-stage click feeling is obtained, and the smooth click feeling can be obtained by the combination of the metallic lugs and the grooves of the click plate 5 made of synthetic resin.
