The tool 2 comprises a handle 10, a body portion 12, scraper means 14 mounted on the body portion 12, for scraping excess material from the reveal 4 or corner 6, and depth control means 18 for controlling the depth at which the scraper means 14 operates during use of the tool 2. The roller 18 runs on the edge of a window frame member 8 and is adjustable along a face 20 of the body portion by a captive nut and bolt device 30-38. The face 20 carries wear strips 52. A second blade (16, Fig 2) is mounted parallel to blade 14 on the other side of the body portion 12. In an alternative embodiment the face 20 carries measurement scales, and spirit levels (64, 66, Fig 3) are mounted on the body portion. <IMAGE> |
