METHOD FOR DETECTING ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE IN STATE CLASSIFIED BY WAVELENGTH

摘要

PURPOSE:To simultaneously measure the separation classified by a wavelength of an electromagnetic wave and the energy of an electromagnetic wave of each wavelength, by simple constitution using a Fresnel zone plate. CONSTITUTION:A Fresnel zone plate 1 is formed into a fan shape having a center angle of 180 deg. as a whole, and arc-shaped transparent regions 2 and arc- shaped opaque regions 3 are alternately arranged therein. The electromagnetic wave incident to the Fresnel Zone plate 1 is converged to the focus determined by the wavelength thereof to be separated into wavelength components. The respective wavelength components are converged toward detectors 5-1-5-n to measure the intensity of the electromagnetic wave of each wavelength component to record the same on a recording apparatus 6.
