The baggage label receives the address details of the user on one side of a body part (1). The other side can be printed with a logo or mark of the label distributor. The label has a narrow end with a forked part (6) that can be put through a curved slot located between an intermediate section (2) and a loop part (3). The label is formed from papery plastics material, with the body part joined to the intermediate section. The body part carrying the address can be folded onto the intermediate section. The free end of the loop part has a keyhole shaped opening through which the fork of the other folded-together parts can be put.
