PURPOSE:To enable screw feeding without looseness by providing a wear resistant and corrosion resistant cover layer on the ridges of an external thread and an internal thread by means of microwave welding. CONSTITUTION:A wear resistant and corrosion resistant material is welded by microwave on the ridge 2 of an external thread 1 or the faces of teeth 3, by means of electric discharge, laser, plasma, etc. to form a wear resistant and corrosion resistant cover layer. Thereby, the lead error of the external thread 1 can be adjusted by the thickness of the cover layer, enabling screw feeding with no looseness at all.
