PURPOSE:To permit suction and removal of a residual liquid without generating damages in the antibody layer of the inside surface of a reaction test tube wall, etc., by blowing out a pressure wind from the central part of a funnel-shaped guide wall which is inverted and is expanded in diameter gradually downward toward the bottom of the test tube. CONSTITUTION:A blow pipe (e) communicating with a pressure wind source is disposed to the central position in the reaction test tube R.T and the central part of the inverted funnel-shaped guide wall (f) is communicated with the edge of an open port (g) at the bottom end of the tube (e). Air is blown under a high pressure out of the tube (e) at this time. Then, the flow (y) of the pressure wind in which the front end side of the pressure wind blown out to expand in an umbrella shape like (l) curves toward the center of the guide wall (f) and returns to blow up at the center thereof is generated. The residual liquid of the cleaning liquid sticking to the bottom of the wall of the test tube R.T is gathered to the central part in the bottom of the test tube R.T so as to wipe away said liquid and the splashes thereof are successively sucked into the suction port of the suction tube (a) disposed above the guide wall (f) of the tube (e), by which the liquid is entirely removed from the test tube.
