In a device of this type, for the purpose of setting an individual thread tension there is provided a device which can be slipped onto a finger and which has guide slots approximately transversely to the longitudinal direction of the finger. These guide slots can be contracted in the thread-passage region by means of respective adjustable elements in order to adjust the thread tension.
