PURPOSE:To enable the changeover of a strokes even while driving a cam by providing a movable part which can vary the position of the point of application of a lever on one end part of said lever and enabling lever ratio to be varied. CONSTITUTION:A slider 11 is movably installed on a rail 10 and the point of application 5 is provided on the slider 11. Also, a cylinder 12 which is a straight advance driving means is fixed on a lever 3 while the end of the rod of the cylinder 12 is connected to the slider 11. When the cylinder 12 is in an extended condition, a stroke G is obtained. Also, as the cylinder 12 is extended when the lever 3 oscillates rightward while the cylinder 12 being contracted when the lever 3 oscillates leftward, a stroke F is obtained. Further, as the cylinder 12 is always kept contracted, a stroke D is obtained. And, as the cylinder 12 is extended and contracted with the lever 3 oscillating rightward, a stroke E is obtained. Thus, the changeover of a stroke can be carried out even during operation.
