PURPOSE:To reduce the dispersion of faculty and develop the stable faculty of the characteristics without receiving the influences of temperature variations, etc. by controlling the transmission torque without using hydraulic pressure by oppositely setting two centrifugal type clutch mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:When rear wheels 11 slip, a clutch drum 20 connected with the rear wheels 11 revolves faster than a clutch hub 23 connected with front wheels 13, and therefore if each weight of the weights 24 and 26 is equal and each angle of tapered surfaces 25a and 27a is equal, the axial load in the leftward direction of a movable member 25 becomes larger than the axial load in the rightward direction of a movable member 27. Therefore, the members 25 and 27 shift leftward integrally, and discs 21 and 22 are friction-engaged by the difference of the axial load, and a power is distributed from the rear wheels 11 to front wheels 13, and the slip of the rear wheel 11 is dissolved. Since the centrifugal force of the weight 24, 26 is proportional to the square of the revolution speed, also the axial load of the member 25, 27 becomes proportional, and the transmission torque between the discs 21 and 22 becomes proportional to the difference between the axial loads of the members 25 and 27, and the transmission torque of a clutch 5 becomes proportional to the square of the speed difference between front and rear wheels.
