PURPOSE:To obtain the titled feed capable of attaining high feeding rate immediately after the start of feeding because of the presence of proper amount of power mixed in crushed pieces, effective in acclimatizing to solid feed and giving excellent growth of calf, by crushing assorted feed pellets with a press. CONSTITUTION:Pellets of a conventional solid feed composed of cereal flour, bran, oil cake, etc., are crushed e.g. by putting into a tray and pressing with a press to obtain the objective feed containing proper amount of powder mixed in crushed pieces.
