PURPOSE:To obtain a sprinkling capable of facilitating supply of iron to human bodies, by containing hemoferrum in a sprinkling prepared by blending parched sesame with cut laver, seasoned bonito, etc. CONSTITUTION:A sprinkling obtained by containing hemoferrum granules which are ferroprotoporphyrin obtained preferably separating globin protein from vertebrate blood in a sprinkling prepared by blending parched sesame with cut laver, skinned sesame, seasoned and mixed flakes of dried bonito, seasoned bonito, etc.
