PURPOSE:To simplify the perfect corresponding work of the projected-and- recessed form of a mold by a method wherein a sealed-up elastic reinforcing fabric is arranged on a mold side, on which the projected-and-recessed form for forming projections is provided, and, after that, casting material is cast under pressure. CONSTITUTION:An endless belt is manufactured through the next processes; a process to arrange a sealed-up elastic reinforcing fabric 4 on a mold side having the projected-and-recessed form for forming projections 3, a process to arrange tension material 6 on the side opposite to the projected-and-recessed form with respect to the reinforcing fabric 4, a process to fix both the widthwise ends of the reinforcing fabric 4 and a process to cast liquid casting material 16 in a space 10 between an inner and an outer molds 8 and 9. Since the reinforcing fabric is stretched along the projected-and-recessed form of the mold by the liquid casting material cast under pressure, the perfect corresponding of the reinforcing fabric with the projected-and-recessed form of the mold becomes unnecessary when the reinforcing fabric is arranged to the mold. |
