PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can give a molding which excels in heat distortion resistance, moldability and heat stability and does not color even at high temperature, by mixing a vinyl chloride/N-substituted maleimide copolymer with a specified stabilizer and a zeolite compound. CONSTITUTION:The title composition comprising a copolymer (A) containing 50-99wt.% structural units (a) derived from vinyl chloride and 50-1wt.% structural units (b) derived from an N-substituted maleimide of the formula [wherein R is a 1-30 C (substituted) aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic group, R' and R'' are each H, F, Cl, Br, CN or a 1-3 C alkyl], e.g., N- cyclohexylmaleimide, a stabilizer (B) selected from among organotin and lead stabilizers (e.g., dimethyltin mercaptide or tribasic sulfate) and a zeolite compound (C). By the addition of said stabilizer B And said compound C to copolymer A, this copolymer is improved to enable the composition to give a molding which is good in heat distortion resistance and molded state and excellent in heat resistance and is freed from problems such as coloration even at high temperature such as its processing temperature.
