PURPOSE:To produce compound granules efficiently by controlling the temp. of combined granules to a higher temp. than the temp. of larger granules and smaller granules to be supplied and to a lower temp. than the melting points thereof, and controlling the temp. of the larger granules and smaller granules in an apparatus for generating contact force to a lower temp. than the melting points thereof. CONSTITUTION:Larger granules 1 and smaller granules 2 are transformed to combined granules 3 by being transported to a confluence 4 by, for example, screw feeders 5, 6. The screw feeders 5, 6 have heating jackets 8, 9, and the temp. of the combined granules 3 is controlled so as to adjust the temp. of the larger granules 1 and the smaller granules 2 to appropriately higher temp. than the temp. of supplied both granules 1, 2 and appropriately lower temp. than the melting points of 1 and 2. Then, the combined granules 3 and transported to a contact force generating apparatus 11 provided with a jacket 14, where compound granules 12 are formed by generating appropriate adhesive force between the larger granules 1 and the smaller granules 2 with a crusher, etc. In this stage, at the moment when the combined granules 3 are transported to the contact force generating apparatus 11, the temp. of the contact point of the larger granules to the smaller granules is controlled to appropriately lower temp. than the fuse-sticking temp.
