MUD WATER EXCAVATION METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To quickly and uniformly dissolve the used carboxy methyl cellulose sodium salt into liquid by adding the ultra-high substitution degree carboxy methyl cellulose sodium salt treated with aldehydes such as glyoxal to mud water. CONSTITUTION:The ultra-high substitution degree carboxy methyl cellulose sodium salt of 1.2-2.5 substitution degree treated with the aldehydes such as glyoxal (hereafter abbreviated as ultra-high substitution degree treated CMC) is added to the mud water. Namely, the ultra-high substitution degree treated CMC is completely dissolved in suspended water of bentonite by an extremely short period of stirring when added as it is to said water. The mud water which is stable for a long period of time is obtd. by using the ultra-high substitution degree treated CMC as an agent for decreasing the amt. of filter water in common use as a thickener. The use of alteration preventive agent is eliminated or the small amt. is necessitated in the case of using such agent.
