PURPOSE:To remove defective positioning, and to improve productivity by using one split die of a molding die employed in a molding process as a mold for punching in a force-cutting process. CONSTITUTION:When molding and vulcanization are completed, a piston 31 is lifted, and a top force 50 and a bottom force 51 are opened. A rotating plate 22 is turned at 180 deg., and the bottom force 51 with a molded form 6 is carried to the position of force-cutting. A piston 41 is lowered by driving a hydraulic cylinder 40 at the position of force-cutting, a pin 401 is inserted into a guide hole 513 and positioned, and an internal edge 423 and an external edge 422 force-cut the molded form 6. The internal edge 423 and the external edge 422 uniformly force-cut the molded form 6 by the elasticity of a spring 424 and an elastic body 421. The piston 41 is elevated, and a diaphragm which is force- cut into a predetermined shape and an edge section fitted into a ring-shaped groove 512 are released from the mold. Air intrudes between the molded form 6 and a mold surface section 511 from a cutting section at the time of force- cutting, thus facilitating mold-release.
