PURPOSE:To provide a fluid pressure driver of quick response and high speed, by jointly using a quick-response bladder-type accumulator and a high-flow-rate piston-type accumulator as auxiliary fluid pressure sources. CONSTITUTION:A piston-type accumulator 51 and a bladder-type accumulator 53 are jointly used as auxiliary fluid pressure sources. These accumulators 51, 53 are installed between a fluid pressure source 57 and an operating cylinder 1. The action of a piston 3 is determined by the flow rate of a fluid flowing through a main control valve 100 and by that of a fluid supplied from the accumulators 51, 53 as auxiliary fluid pressure sources. Since the bladder-type accumulator 53 of quick response and small discharge quantity and the piston- type accumulator 51 of slow response and large discharge quantity are jointly used, the acceleration of the piston 3 at starting and its speed after starting are high. |
