PURPOSE:To accurately predict furnace heat, especially lowering of the furnace heat in a blast furnace without any delay by adopting ARMA model introducing variable related to temp. difference at the inner wall of the blast furnace into MA term. CONSTITUTION:At the time of predicting the variation with time of the furnace heat level by ARMA model using the operational result of the blast furnace 1, the variable related to the temp. difference at the inner wall measured in every the prescribed time intervals by inner wall thermometers 3 set at the prescribed positions (in case of the figure, four directions and seven levels, total 28 positions) in the blast furnace 1 is introduced into the MA them to predict the furnace heat. Further, it is desirable that molten iron is predicted by setting the ARMA model in each molten iron tapping hole A, B. By this method, the variation of molten iron temp. without any delay can be accurately predicted. |
