PURPOSE:To improve the workability and corrosion resistance of a silica dispersed Zn plated steel sheet, by forming the plated layer with plural layers each having a specified silica content and deposited by a specified amt. CONSTITUTION:This multiply zinc plated steel sheet has a plated layer consisting of lower, intermediate and upper plated layers on at least one side. The lower plated layer is a low silica-zinc composite plated layer having 0.1-1wt.% silica content and deposited by 5-60g/m<2>. The intermediate plate layer is a high silica dispersed zinc plated layer having 5-20wt.% silica content and deposited by 1-10g/m<2>. The upper plated layer is a low silica dispersed zinc plated layer having 0.1-1wt.% silica content and deposited by 3-20g/m<2>. The multiply zinc plated steel sheet has superior workability and corrosion resistance.
