PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and light weight by providing amplifiers coupled via a waveguide power distributor, a waveguide power combiner and a waveguide strip line exchange so as to amplify a microwave signal stably and efficiently. CONSTITUTION:A microwave signal from an input waveguide 6 is distributed to amplifiers 4, 5 by a waveguide power distributor 1 and converted into the strip line mode from the waveguide mode by a waveguide strip line exchange part 3. A matching circuit or the like is formed from the amplifiers 4, 5 by the strip line, microwave transistors 4a, 5a and the matching circuit are connected to the strip line and the converted microwave signal is amplified. Its output is converted into the waveguide mode by the conversion part 3, combined by the waveguide power combiner 2 and outputted from the output waveguide 7. Thus, the microwave signal is amplified stably and efficiently to contrive small size and light weight.
