PURPOSE:To remove a slip between a disk and a flange by providing a holding member consisting of laminating body of elastic material and high frictional material in a groove provided in a peripheral vicinity of a flange and constituting the holding member in order that its surface is made to project from the surface of the flange. CONSTITUTION:The flange 4 fixed to a spindle 3, which rotates with equipping a disk 1, a permanent magnet 5 fixed to the central depression part of the flange 4, which attracts a hub 2, and the holding member 6 consisting of the laminating body of the elastic part 6A made of the materials whose spring stripes are low and whose elastic area is wide and the frictional part 6B made of the materials having a high friction rate are provided and the holding member 6 is mounted in order that its surface, that is, the surface of the frictional part 6B projects from the surface of the flange 5 in the circle groove provided in the peripheral vicinity of the flange 5. In this case, the frictional part 6B always becomes in a state where constant pressure is given to a disk 1 by means of the elasticity action of the elastic part 6A, so that the disk 1 and the flange 4 are unified to rotate without the slip and the deflection of surface which easily occurs at the time of rotation of disk.
