PURPOSE:To obtain a solution for external use, containing oxygen in a high concentration, readily administered, having high safety for the stomach and effective in treating gastric juice diseases. CONSTITUTION:The aimed substance obtained by placing a solution composition prepared by mixing active ingredients, such as an antacid agent, with other required ingredients in a glass or plastic container, such as bottle, and blowing oxygen under a high pressure therein. The quantity of the dissolved oxygen can be increased by adding ethanol or propylene glycol. Furthermore, the quantity of the dissolved oxygen can be remarkably increased by adding a perfluorocarbon, hemoglobin, etc. A surfactant, such as glyceryl ester of a fatty acid, is preferably added to emulsify the solution composition. The oxygen is preferably contained in a larger amount than that capable of containing 30-500ppm, preferably 50-300ppm at ordinary temperature under ordinary pressure.
