PURPOSE:To concentrate a sample in a large amount of solvent efficiently by providing a sample charging part to the outer periphery of a discoid migration part and a sample takeout part to the center part, and making the sample migrate electrically from the sample charging part to the sample takeout part. CONSTITUTION:Two disks 4 and 6 made of insulators are opposite to each other across a gap of about 1mm to form a discoid migration tank 2 with a migration part 8. The sample charging part 10 is provided in a ring shape to the outer periphery of the migration part 8 and the sample charging part 10 which connects with the inner periphery is provided in a ring shape is provided to the center part of the tank 2. Then the charging part 10 is provided with a sample intake 14 and an electrode 18, and the takeout part 12 is provided with a sample outlet 16 and an electrode 20. The sample is supplied from a sample bottle 26 to the charging part 10 through a three-way valve 24 by a pump 22, concentrated while migrating electrically toward the takeout part 12, and taken out of the takeout part 12. |
