摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of fine amount measurement by canceling noise components such as background light other than fluorescence emitted by a fluorescent sample and a dark current. CONSTITUTION:An actual fluorescent sample is placed at the position of the fluorescent sample 16 of a fluorescence measuring instrument 10 and light from a light source 11 which is passed through an excited light interference filter 14 is projected on it. The emitted fluorescence is detected by a photomultiplier tube 20 by rotating the filter switching machine 21 a detection-side interference filter 18, and its detected values are denoted as fluorescence detected values La and Lb. Then the filter switching machine 21 is rotated to detect Lc or Ld as a background light detected value by the photomultiplier tube 20, and the dark current La is detected by the photomultiplier tube 20. The values obtained by multiplying the values obtained by subtracting the dark current Le from the background light detected values Lc and Lb by light quantity correction coefficients K1 and K2 of the filters are subtracted from the values obtained by subtracting the dark current Le from the fluorescent light detected values La and Lb to obtain a fluorescence measured value S.
